Eligibility for Return

You may return most new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be included.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Electrical parts (due to safety & fraud concerns)
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order parts
  • Items with signs of installation, damage, or wear

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@chevygmctruckparts.com with your order number, item description, and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to our return address (provided in the return instructions).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@chevygmctruckparts.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. If you need to exchange your item, please contact us immediately at info@chevygmctruckparts.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Include clear photos of the damaged part or incorrect item, packaging, and shipping label.

Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund.

Return Shipping Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided in your RMA instructions. Do not send items back without an authorized RMA number.
