2 inch cowl induction hood for the 73-80 Chevy / GMC C/K Squarebody Pickup, Blazer, Jimmy & Suburban.

 

Hoods are stamped from high quality OE gauge steel on new tools. When compared to competitors products, AMD’s premium hood features the correct shape, size, bends, holes, ribs, and fully finished factory style underside, like original. Arrives EDP coated to help protect against rust and corrosion.

Each hood features a fully finished, factory style underside. Unlike fiberglass hoods, AMD steel hoods will not flex or warp over time. Regardless of where you are located, AMD steel hoods will stay looking great for years to come!

 

AMD steel hoods arrive in a black electro coat finish. This is not a primer. This is a sealer put on the steel to protect against rust. All hoods will require normal prep work (test fit, sand, prime) before paint can be applied. We strongly recommend having the hood painted and installed by a qualified auto body technician.
